“ Big Shout Out to Mel the produce manager at your Auburn store. I was struggling with getting the Raleys ap on my phone so I could clip coupons. I asked the closest employee Mel to get a customer service rep and she said they did not have one anymore. Ughhh I was so frustrated and needed help. Mel was very busy doing her job in produce making everything look so desirable and in the midst of her doing her produce job she stopped and switched hats to Customer Service Rep and took the time to help me. She was very nice to do that when she was so busy and she did not act put out at all. Raleys, you have an employee that went above and beyond for me. I just had to let you know that in Mels eyes, she saw a customer struggling and stopped and helped. True Customer Service. Commendable! ”
